"Having Ms. Carlotta Walls LaNier visit Kent Place to address its faculty and student body is a testament to the school and Head of School Ms. Bosland's commitment to diversity, " says Jacqueline Rosa, co-chair of the Parents of Children of Color. "The Kent Place community has a unique opportunity to witness living history as the youngest member of the 'Little Rock Nine' shares her experiences in integrating the Arkansas public school system."

The Parents of Children of Color exists to advocate and support the families of color in the Kent Place community. The group, which is open to all parents, strives to ensure that all students enrich the fabric of the school.
