Learn About Calories, Portion and Food Combinations with K Heavenly Bowls Class, Saturday, Dec. 9

The truth about eating right lies in: the calories, the portions and the combinations.

"We realize that learning how to cook is only part of the puzzle of eating right," said Dr. Kavita Kewalramani. "The other part is understanding how much to eat and knowing what foods to combine so you get a feeling of satiety. That's how the idea of K heavenly bowls was born."

Sign up for a K heavenly bowls class at K Primary Care and Medical Weight Loss Center for a cooking demonstration class on Saturday, December 9 at 10 a.m.  Seating is limited to 10 participants per class, so don't delay in signing up by calling 908-206-4676.
