SUMMIT, NJ - Lois Schneider Realtor celebrated the accomplishments of their sales associates and recognized the company's outstanding 2016 performers as they welcomed more than 50 professional sales and support staff to their annual awards luncheon.

Cynthia Baker swept the top individual production awards for Highest Dollar Volume, Most Listings, Most Sales, and Most Units. Winnie Cavazini and Roey Dangler of the Cavazini & Dangler Team received the Team awards for Highest Dollar Volume, Most Listings and Most Units, while Cindy Bienemann and Maren Dinsmore from the Bienemann & Dinsmore Team received the award for Most Sales.

The individual top producers included Cynthia Baker, Diane Robinson, Allison Lees, Sara Parker Henderson and Barbara Harrison. The top three teams were the Cavazini & Dangler Team, the Bienemann & Dinsmore Team, and the Peck-Gumport Team (Linda Peck and Pam Gumport).

The President’s Diamond Circle award was earned by Cynthia Baker with a total production of approximately $39 Million. The President’s Platinum Circle was earned by Diane Robinson with production exceeding $20 Million, and the President’s Gold Circle members included Debbie Lupton, Barbara Harrison, Sara Parker Henderson, and Allison Lees with production of more than $10 Million. Mary Jo Herr and Stephanie Kramer were honored in the President’s Silver Circle with production exceeding $7 Million. The Director’s Circle award was earned by Sandra Long and Martha McDonnell for production exceeding $5 Million.

The President’s Platinum Circle award for Teams with production exceeding $40 Million was earned by the Cavazini & Dangler Team. Members of the President’s Gold Circle for Teams, for production exceeding $20 Million, were the Bienemann & Dinsmore Team and the Peck-Gumport Team.
Along with the awards for annual production, additional acknowledgements were presented. Circle of Excellence members - Bronze Level - were Cindy Bienemann, Maren Dinsmore, and Sara Parker Henderson. Pam Gumport earned the award for her Personal Best. Corinne Taylor was recognized for converting the most internet leads; Karen Hendrie received the award for the most rentals; and Hallee Dangler was designated the Highest Dollar Volume Rookie. 

The Lois Keough Schneider Award, which is awarded by a company-wide vote, recognizes an employee who exemplifies the tenets upon which the company was founded. Sales Associate, Kathleen Barrett received the honor based on her dedication to excellent customer service, promotion of team spirit, and positive attitude.

01/01/2018 9:26 am     FD dispatched to a motor vehicle accident, car vs. pole in front of 196 GLENSIDE AVENUE.  On arrival occupant was out of the vehicle.  Summit EMS assumed patient contact.
