NETA, a non-profit fitness professional association offering nationally-recognized certification workshops is offering two courses at The Connection in Summit this November. Classes include: Body Weight Training and Restorative Yoga. These courses are for fitness instructors looking to expand their class repertoire. 

Body Weight Training: Body Weight Training is a great option to elevate your level of fitness with little to no equipment. Learn how to use your body to boost both cardiovascular and muscular fitness. Find new ways to incorporate body weight exercises into your current group fitness and personal training sessions to provide both results and variety to any workout. Class will be held on Saturday, November 14 from 8:00-1:00pm.

Restorative Yoga: Through the use of props participants hold different poses for an extended period of time to stretch and reach a new level of relaxation. Restorative Yoga is great for those who need to learn how to improve their practice, breath, and to relax. Class will be held on Sunday, November 15 from 8:00-1:00pm.
