The Dartmouth Club of Suburban NJ's Jon Rabinowitz, '74, Club VP and event organizer, David G. Dietze, '78, Club President, Justice Patterson, Jim Felter, '74, Club VP, Joseph Dempsey, '83, Club Service Chair, and Bill Cunningham, '78, Club officer, were among the Club's members that recently gathered at Rod's 1890's Ranch House in Convent Station to hear a special presentation by New Jersey Supreme Court Justice Anne M. Patterson '80.

Justice Patterson discussed the Dartmouth College case, otherwise known as the Trustees of Dartmouth College v. Woodward, the U.S. Supreme Court case that established Dartmouth's right to be a private institution and established an important precedent in American law.
