SUMMIT, NJ - Coinciding with the 32nd Anniversary of National Girls & Women in Sports Day, Oak Knoll School of the Holy Child will host #GirlsInSportsDay January 21, from 1 - 2:30 p.m. in the Tisdall Hall Gymnasium.

The event, free and open to the public, aims to celebrate the achievements of female athletes, with a particular focus on health and wellness, and  will feature activities including interactive Pilates and yoga instruction, through which girls in grades 4-8 and their mothers or female guardians will recognize the extraordinary power of the female body and the strength and character gained through athletic participation.

Registration for #GirlsInSportsDay begins at 12:45 p.m., with a snow date of January 28.
