"Small Business Saturday"

"Small Business Saturday" offers consumers a meaningful alternative to shopping at the mall -- or on Routes 10 and 22 -- for "Black Friday" and, at the same time, affords residents and community neighbors the opportunity to support local businesses. Parking downtown will be free all Thanksgiving weekend. Many downtown businesses will also feature special promotions and sales for the day.

In addition, Summit Downtown, Inc. has purchased new, lighted holiday wreaths for the downtown area, which were recently installed by the Summit Department of Public Works staff.
