Pack 301 Webelos and Lincoln-Hubbard Fourth Grader Anderson Lee proudly shows off the first-place trophy -- complete with flames -- and his his winning racer, a faster-than-fast vehicle that earned him a trip to the 'Pinewood Derby World Championships' June 30 in in New York City.

Despite a difficult day 'in the pits' that saw his speedster have to be re-launched numerous times, Anderson's ride blasted through the course at a time of 3.0965 seconds which, when calculated to a "scaled-speed" of a normal size car, translates to a super-fast 220.2 mph.
