Point View's Chief Operating Officer Claire Toth Talks 'Estate Planning in a Turbulent Landscape' to Millburn Investment Education Group Feb. 14

Claire E. Toth, JD, MLT, CFP™, is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Point View Wealth Management, Inc.

Point View Wealth Management's Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Claire Toth, will presenting to the Millburn AAII Investment Education Group in a talk entitled "Estate Planning in a Turbulent Landscape" on Tuesday, February 14.

Open to all AAII members, their family, friends and Millburn Library patrons, the event will take place at the Millburn Public Library, located at 200 Glen Avenue. Admission is free, with a $5 donation to the Library greatly appreciated.

Toth will explain general and New Jersey-specific estate planning considerations. She will focus on the flexibility needed to adapt to changing (or disappearing) estate tax rules and the interplay of the estate and income taxes. Toth will also cover non-tax estate planning essentials.

Toth, JD, MLT, CFP, is an attorney and financial planner who undertakes sophisticated financial planning for clients, including retirement, education, and estate planning services.

She received her A.B. and J.D. degrees from the University of Chicago, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She has a Masters of Law in Taxation from Georgetown University and has been awarded the CFP designation. Earlier in her career, she worked for the IRS Chief Counsel in Washington D.C., and has also practiced with firms in Chicago and New Jersey.
