Donna Dofino of the Raptor Trust will speak at the November 26 meeting of the Summit Old Guard about the many birds and raptors of New Jersey.  She will explain the function of her organization that is located on the edge of The Great Swamp in Millington New Jersey.  The Raptor Trust main function is to care for injured birds and when they recover release them into the wild.  Founded in 1983, the organization has treated over 100,000 birds.

All area 50-plus active men are invited to attend meetings of the Summit Area Old Guard on Tuesday mornings at the New ProvidenceMunicipal Center at 360 Elkwood Avenue.  A coffee hour starts at 9:15 that is followed by a 10 AM short business meeting.
