LIVINGSTON, NJ — Regal Bank, with nine New Jersey branch locations including one in Summit located at 360 Springfield Avenue, is hosting a food drive to help end hunger and is inviting the community to attend 'Soup-er Bowl Friday' on February 3, when the bank will “Stuff the Bus” for the Community Hunger Outreach Warehouse (CHOW).
Between now and February 3, Regal Bank is encouraging the community to bring in a healthy food donation to help support CHOW, including dry or canned beans, soup, peanut butter & jelly, canned fruit or vegetables, oatmeal & cereal, canned tuna, rice, quinoa, pasta & sauce, macaroni & cheese, applesauce or baby food,.
Items can be dropped off at any Regal Bank location, including Summit, Livingston, Roseland, Florham Park, Millburn, West Orange, Somerset, Springfield and Somerville.
Alan Karpas of CHOW has arranged for transportation of the food donations from the main office in Livingston to the CHOW location. Volunteers will help Regal Bank employees to help "Stuff the Bus."
