New for 2016, SummerFun Day Camp will include STEAM programming. Summer is the perfect time for kids to build, create and explore. The Connection’s new STEAM-inspired activities will encourage innovation, invention and make learning fun!

Lights, Camera, Action! Performing Arts Camp (12:30-4:30pm) is excited to announce campers will perform on the Summit Middle School stage and will have two components to choose from. “Backstage Pass” will explore behind the scenes elements by designing and creating sets, costumes, props and staging. “Stars on Stage” will be for campers who love to sing, dance and perform in one of our four summer performances. Shows for Summer 2016 include: Frozen, Wizard of Oz, Finding Nemo, and High School Musical.

Gymnastics Camp (12:30-4:30pm) is perfect for beginners to advanced gymnasts, combining instruction on balance beam, uneven bars, vaulting, floor exercise and tumble track. This camp also includes a daily recreational swim time or optional swim lesson, a dance rotation and a tumbling contest every Friday. After 8 weeks of flips and jumps, even the novice will feel confident.

Fit & Fun (12:30-4:30pm) uses spirited play geared to individual ability levels to teach campers multiple sports, help them gain confidence and acquire a love of sports to match their talents and interests. Daily recreational swim or swim lessons are also included in this camp.

Travel Camp (for boys and girls ages 8+) has announced their exciting 2016 trips. This summer campers will have a blast traveling to: Dutch Springs Aqua Park, Dorney Park Amusement Park, Gazillion Bubble Show, Powerhouse Studio Wild and Wacky Game Show Challenge, and iPlay America.
