Those named were Retired Superior Court Judge John M. Boyle, for both the Arbitration and Mediation categories; Edward J. Frisch for Litigation – Construction; John H. Schmidt, Jr. for both the Employment Law – Management and the Litigation – Labor & Employment categories; Jay Lavroff for Insurance Law; and David G. Hardin and Joseph E. Imbriaco for Trusts and Estates.
The Lindabury attorneys were selected after an exhaustive peer-review survey in which more than 41,000 leading attorneys cast almost 3.9 million votes on the legal abilities of other lawyers in their practice areas.
Retired Judge Boyle joined Lindabury in 2002 after more than 10 years in the Union County Superior Court and 17 years overall in the New Jersey Judiciary. He is Certified by the Federal District Court of the District of New Jersey as a Mediator and Arbitrator. He practices in Westfield.
