SUMMIT, NJ - The Summit Department of Community Programs (DCP), known throughout the Hilltop City for 'Sharing The Fun', is now allowing student volunteers to share their knowledge through a free tutoring program available to students in grades 3 - 8.

Available now through the end of the school year as part of the DCP’s 'Share the Fun Club', the program meets daily from 3 - 4:30 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The tutoring, conducted by students from Seton Hall University, is made possible by the Junior League of Summit.

The Share the Fun Club is a free after-school program which meets daily from 3 - 4:30 p.m. at the Summit Community Center, located at 100 Morris Avenue. Throughout the academic school year, club members participate in sports & games, and arts & crafts projects.

Interested students must register with the 'Share the Fun' program by calling 908-277-2932 or visiting the Summit Community Center. Once they are registered, students simply sign in at the tutoring room and a tutor will be there to assist.
