SUMMIT, NJ - The winter storm which dumped nearly three feet of snow on the Hilltop City has caused Summit Public Schools to cancel school on Monday, January 25.

This is the first snow day of the 2015-16 school year, and comes two days after a 24-hour snow event accompanied by strong, gusty winds.

The forecast calls for partly cloudy skies with temperatures in the mid-30's on January 25, and cloudy skies with temperatures in the upper 30's the following two days. The next chance for snow appears to be January 29.
