MEDITATION & RESTORATIVE YOGA

 

Release tension and stress by using props, bolsters and blankets to support the body in yoga postures. Expect a relaxing and gentle class suitable for everyone.

WHEN: FRIDAY SEP. 27, OCT. 18, NOV. 22, DEC. 20, 5:30PM - 6:30PM

Registration begins Sep. 13

TEEN YOGA 

This beginner yoga course, exclusively for middle school teens, focuses on mindfulness, relaxation, as well as basic yoga poses. Mats are provided!

WHEN: BEGINS THURSDAY, SEP. 19 - NOV. 14, 3:15PM - 4:15PM

ADAPTIVE  YOGA 

This class is designed for young adults (ages 14-21) with diverse abilities taught by a specially trained yoga instructor, Sandy, from Ashrams for Autism. The class focuses on empowering and guiding participants toward peacefully achieving their highest potential through yoga while relaxing the mind and the body in a quiet, safe and supportive environment. Registration is required (additional paperwork also needs to be completed prior to the first class)

WHEN:  BEGINS FRIDAY SEP. 13 - DEC 20, 4:15PM - 5:15PM

                  (NO CLASS ON OCT 25 OR NOV. 29)

SOUND HEALING YOGA

Tune out from the world, forget your troubles and decompress with us during "Gentle Yoga and Sound Healing Meditation." These calming sounds will enter your mind and body and transport you to a harmonious state of deep relaxation. This is a one night special class. 

WHEN: FRIDAY OCT. 25TH, 6:00PM - 7:00PM
