SUMMIT, NJ - A free program for both current and prospective members -- previewing all available classes, lessons and programs -- will be held at the Summit Family Aquatic Center on May 25, from 6 - 8 p.m. Although the facility will not be open for general use, event participants are encouraged to wear a bathing suit to join in pool activities and demonstrations including paddle boarding, kayaking, Thai Chi, swim and mermaid lessons.

Hosted by the City of Summit Department of Community Programs, the evening will offer the opportunity for on-site registration for all programs and activities. Registration is also available online for those who are unable to attend.

The Summit Family Aquatic Center opens for its 45th anniversary season on Saturday, May 27 through Monday, May 29, from 11 a.m to 8 p.m.  The pool is open weekends only until June 23, after which it is  open weekends from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and weekdays 12 - 8 p.m.

The Summit Family Aquatic Center is located at 100 Ashwood Avenue.
