A special yoga class designed to focus on breathing and mindfulness will be offered at the Summit YMCA. An effective Gentle Yoga class provides a safe, effective, compassionate, noncompetitive environment that is welcoming to all. These classes include lots of gentle stretches, breathing, asanas and relaxation. Gentle Yoga is great for beginners or anyone that wants to focus on stretching, mindfulness and stress relief.
