SUMMIT, NJ - The Summit Boosters Association is once again hosting a contest to elicit designs for the front of the Summit High School Football 'Friday Night Lights' commemorative T-Shirt.

Once each season, portable lights are brought into Investors Bank Field, with the nighttime game enjoying big popularity and having become a traditional rite of fall. In addition to being a Hilltop City fashion statement, the shirt -- which is sold at Summit High School and Lawton C. Johnson Middle School -- also provides complimentary admission when worn to the 'Friday Night Lights' game.

This year, Summit will battle rival Cranford on October 14.

Per the contest, all designs must incorporate the words 'Friday Night Lights' or the letters 'FNL', and will be reviewed by a 'Friday Night Lights' committee comprised of Summit Boosters Association members and Hilltopper Varsity Football Team players.

All designs, which will adorn a black, long-sleeved T-Shirt, are due by September 14, and are to be sent to Jen Isralowitz at isral@aol.com.

The creator of the winning design will receive a $50 gift certificate to The Hilltop Shop at MONDO.
