SUMMIT, NJ - The Summit High School Boys Varsity Ice Hockey team enjoyed an outstanding season, with their achievements including two Cup wins -- the Union County Crown and the McInnis Cup -- and getting their head coach, Keith Nixon, his 300th win.

Their collective efforts have seen them named the "Essex / Union Team of the Year" by the New Jersey Interscholastic Hockey League. In addition, five team members garnered individual accolades, including:

Matt Galgano - First Team, All McInnis Division
