SUMMIT, NJ - It took the Summit High School Girls Varsity Lacrosse Team about 50 minutes to get to Mahwah. It took them half that amount of time -- in actual game play -- to settle the outcome.

Ripping off 10 straight goals without allowing a single tally, The Maroon & White accelerated past the Thunderbirds and then went on cruise control in the second half to win easily, 16-2.

Three Hilltoppers -- Katia Carnevale, Julia Szynal and Anna Turk -- had three-goal Hat Tricks while three others -- Anna DiSibio, Emily Paytas, and Cecily Stabler -- , notched a pair of goals.
