SUMMIT, NJ - New classes, including a “Jr. Warrior Gym Challenge” for 4-5 year olds, highlight The Connection for Women and Families' Late Fall Session. Registration for the program opens October 29 at 10 a.m., with the session running from November 16 - January 31.

As part of the "Jr. Warrior Gym Challenge," preschoolers will take to the Connection's big gym, where they will utilize gymnastics equipment and specially designed ninja challenge course equipment including a rock wall, cargo net, climbing rope, mini-trampoline, and more. The coed class focuses on strength, agility, speed and, of course, having fun. Classes are offered six days a week to fit into busy schedules.

The Late Fall session also offers a array of adult and youth classes throughout the day. Children's programming includes gymnastics, swimming, performing arts, dance, and sports, while adults can participate in dance, swim, and group fitness classes, or exercise in the fitness center or pool.

The Connection is also introducing “Art and Nature” and “Play Ball” for the Late Fall Term. “Art and Nature” gives kids ages 5-11 the opportunity to create works of art inspired by nature and expanded by STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics). “Play Ball” will keep kids ages 5-10 moving inside as the weather cools down while they enjoy sports fun beyond traditional court boundaries and rules.

Class favorites will continue into the Late Fall, including: Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Tutu Tumblers, preschool and girls gymnastics, cartwheels and crafts, Little Stars on Stage, Chess Club, Karate, Cooking Around the World, Messy Play, and Kids Yoga.

Children can continue strengthening their summer swim skills all year long at The Connection's indoor pool. Trained instructors provide swim lessons for children and adults of all ages. The Connection also offers a variety of classes for children with special needs including: yoga, swim, dance, and Young Athletes Program.
