12/12 - Quran A. Campbell, 40, of Newark was arrested on a contempt of court warrant out of Newark. Mr. Campbell was processed and released with a pending court date. 

12/13 - Saladeen W. Merritt, 31, of East Orange was arrested on a contempt of court warrant out Newark. Mr. Merritt was processed and released with a pending court date. 

12/13 - Tara L. Inga, 39, of Raritan was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. Ms. Inga was processed and released with a pending court date.

12/13 - At 1851 hours a report of a theft was taken from a Beechwood Road business. The employees reported a middle-aged white or Hispanic male having a long black beard, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and khaki pants stole a package of graham crackers from the case. The total value of the stolen product at the time of the report was approximately $2.00. 

12/18 - At 0813 hours a report was taken for a burglary to an unsecured motor vehicle parked in the driveway of a Colt Road residence. The victim reported no items to be missing at the time of the report. 

12/19 - Naveen Baakza, 41, of Fords was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property, hindering apprehension, and wrongful impersonation. Ms. Baakza was processed with custody turned over to the Somerset Prosecutor’s Office. 

12/19 - At 1842 hours a report was taken for a theft of services from a Morris Essex Turnpike business. The victim reported a white or light-colored Honda Accord with a white female driver requested the employee to fill the vehicles gas tank with fuel. When the employee removed the gas nozzle from the vehicle, the operator accelerated and sped out of the lot. Stolen from the business was approximately $41.00 worth of gasoline. 

12/21 - Fabienne T. Thelemaque, 21, of Orange was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking. Ms. Thelemaque was processed and released with a pending court date. 

12/24 - John T. Boulton, 52, of Trenton was arrested on two contempt of court warrants out of Trenton and Lawrence Township. Mr. Boulton was processed and released with pending court dates. 

12/24 - At 1049 hours a report was taken for a theft from an unsecured vehicle parked in the driveway of a Valley View Avenue residence. The victim reported that one (1) orange basketball, one (1) pocket knife, one (1) leather pouch, one (1) journal, and approximately $9.00 in change were removed from the vehicle. Total value of items stolen was approximately $349.00. 

12/24 - At 1113 hours a report was taken for a theft from an unsecured vehicle parked in the driveway of a Valley View Avenue residence. The victim reported that a blue Vera Wang blanket was stolen from the interior of the vehicle. At the time of the report, the total value of stolen items was approximately $20.00. 

12/25 - Fernando Vivar-Francisco, 26, of Newark was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. Mr. Vivar-Francisco was processed and released with a pending court date. 

12/26 - Raymond K. Bukowski, 54, of South Plainfield was arrested on a contempt of court warrant out of Berlin Boro. Mr. Bukowski was processed and released with a pending court date. 

12/28 - Hamza B. Knox, 37, of Summit was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. Mr. Knox was processed and released with a pending court date. 

01/04 - Djavon K. Johnson, 35, of Avenel was arrested on a contempt of court warrant out of Woodbridge. Mr. Johnson was processed and released with a pending court date. 

01/09 - At 1425 hours a report was taken for a theft of jewelry from an Edgewood Road residence. The victim reported the pieces of jewelry to have gone missing on 07/01/19 and 09/30/19. Taken from the residence were one (1) pair of 14K yellow gold bezel set diamond earrings, one (1) 14K yellow gold bezel set diamond necklace, one (1) 18K yellow gold diamond ring set, one (1) ladies 14K yellow gold diamond Circle of Life pendant, and one (1) ladies 18K yellow gold ring with diamonds. Total value for the stolen jewelry at the time of the report was approximately $48,190.00. 

01/13 - At 1253 hours a report was taken for a theft of a Rolex Sea-Dweller watch from a Prospect Hill Avenue residence. The victim reports the incident occurred sometime between November 2019 and today’s date. The watch was last seen at the residence of the victim. At the time of the report, the total value of the stolen watch was approximately $15,000.00.
