Summit Downtown, Inc. will present the 14th Annual Antique/Classic Car Show on Sunday, September 19, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. With entertainment and fun for all ages, the Car Show will take place in downtown Summit on the streets adjacent to the Summit Train Station. The rain date is Sunday, September 26, 2009.

DJ Stick Shift Eddie will be playing your favorite oldies from the '50s and '60s.

There are 20 classes of cars that will be judged and trophies will be awarded to the 1st and 2nd place finishers in each category. This year a category has been added to include all vehicles from 1986 to present. Registration forms are available at www.summitdowntown.org. The pre-registration fee (by September 7, 210) for participants is $20.00. On-site registration is $25.00. Early registration is strongly recommended.

"This year TD Bank will be the major sponsor for the car show and we are very excited about their support of the event and their participation at the show this year" said Nanette Kryston, Chairman of Summit Downtown, Inc.

"Summit Supports Our Troops" (www.ssot.org) will also have a booth at the show. This fine volunteer organization communicates with and lends support to the men and women from Summit that are on active duty in our armed forces.
