SUMMIT, NJ - The second of three workshops centering on social and emotional issues affecting Summit Public School students and their families will be held January 25, beginning at 7 p.m., at Brayton Elementary School.

Led by Helena Branco, Board Certified Behavioral Analyst and Lawton C. Johnson Summit Middle School Special Education teacher, the latest workshop is entitled "Effective Behavioral Supports in the Home for Grades 5-12," and is designed to help parents to identify problem behaviors, understand causes and functions of behaviors, and will provide parents with positive behavior supports and strategies to be utilized in the home. 

The next workshop in the series is scheduled for March 14, at 7p.m., in the Lawton C. Johnson Summit Middle School Library.
