UNION, NJ - Hilltop City resident and Summit High School Class of 2014 Alum Erick Reyes, midfielder for the Kean University Soccer Team, has earned his first All-New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) selection.
Reyes, a junior, was named to the All-NJAC second team after totaling 16 points on seven goals and two assists, including three match-winning scores.
“The main lesson I want my players to learn is that hard work will always pay off,” said Peter-John Falloon, head soccer coach at Kean. “If you want to be successful, you have to go the extra mile.”
Reyes was joined on the All-NJAC Team by Cougar teammates Vinceroy Johnson, who also was named Rookie of the Year, and Alex Noriega.
