SUMMIT, NJ - Senior Katherine Kelly of Summit, a member of Oak Knoll School's lacrosse, soccer, and ice hockey teams, has been chosen by the school to represent them at "Women in Sports Day" at Seton Hall University.

The annual celebration, held this year on February 7, is sponsored by the National Association of Girls and Women Sports and the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association, and recognizes the state's top female athletes with special awards.

Each high school and college in New Jersey was invited to nominate one of their top athletes to be recognized at the event, celebrating the many achievements of girls and women in sport.
