SUMMIT, NJ - Ryan Sebastian emerged as one of the meet's top performers at 23rd Annual CeraVe Invitational, where he raced in the long-course, 50-meter Olypic pool against some of the top USA swimmers in the Northeast.  He managed to final in eight of his nine events, in addition to participating on two relay teams.

Sebastian placed fourth in the 100 Breaststroke (1:07.71), second in the 100 Butterfly (57.40), and won the the 200 Individual Medley (2:09.53). 

The next day, he placed second in the 400 Individual Medley (4:32.76), third in the 100 Backstroke (59.21), and fourth in the 400 Medley Relay (Breaststroke Leg).

On the meet's final day, Sebastian placed fourth in the 200 Breaststroke (2:29.09), third in the 200 Backstroke (2:08.97), sixth in the 200 Butterfly (2:09.67), and second while anchoring the 400M Free Relay (55.32).

He trains year-round at Rutgers University for the Scarlet Aquatics Club, and is a senior at Summit High School.  Sebastian has been recruited to swim for the University of Michigan next year, last year’s NCAA Division I National Champions.
