Tasty Tunes: Eclectic Music Slate to Serve as Soundtrack of Summit Restaurant Week's Opening Night

SUMMIT, NJ - Ten yummy days will begin with a musical buffet.

Summit Restaurant Week, which will run July 20-30, begins with a July 20 Kick-Off Celebration that will feature live music throughout downtown from 6 - 9 p.m. and prize drawings at participating restaurants.

A continually updated list of participating restaurants, menus, and specials is available by visiting summitdowntown.org.

Dan Rufalo - Jazz Piano, 6 - 8 p.m. at the Summit 'Parklet'

Paul Fessock Trio - 80's through Today, 6 - 9 p.m. at the Promenade

Matt Mattheiss - Singer / Guitarist, 7 - 9 p.m. at the corner of Summit Avenue and Union Place

Todd Cobbs and Candace Eisenberger - Rock Cover Duo, 6-8 p.m. at the corner of Beechwood Road and Union Place

Night of the Living Funk - Progressive Funk from NYC, 7 - 9 p.m. at Winberies

01/01/2018 9:26 am     FD dispatched to a motor vehicle accident, car vs. pole in front of 196 GLENSIDE AVENUE.  On arrival occupant was out of the vehicle.  Summit EMS assumed patient contact. FD made notification to the power company to make repairs.  Summit PD remained on scene for traffic control and road closure until repairs were made.
