SUMMIT, NJ - They came. They decorated. And, then they rolled.

The star-spangled spinning tradition of Summit's decorated bicycle parade served as the catalytic event of the morning edition of the Hilltop City's 70th Anniversary Fourth of July festivities, with the younger set taking over Memorial Field via a two- and three-wheeled peloton that is all about pageantry and not pace.

While each entry was -- in its own right -- unique and impressive, several spoke volumes about the serious competition the event evokes, with a select few emerging as age-group winners, including:
