SUMMIT, NJ - Passion for Spices is calling kids of all ages for two weeks of crazy, delicious food experimentation and preparation via two week-long camps that will teach attendees new and exciting ways to cook their favorite foods.
 
The first camp, held August 3-7, is entitled "Around The World," while the second camp centers on the "The Science of Cooking," and runs August 10-14.
 
Each camp offers two daily sessions:
 
9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (12 & Under)
2 - 5 p.m. (Teens & Adults)
 
Featured chefs will include:
 
Chef John Sauchelli, a pastry chef from New York City teaching how to make tarts, pies, and marshmallows.
 
 
Chef Nicholas DiGiorgio, teaching how to make pasta from scratch and authentic Italian deserts.
 
Chef Jesse Jones, s Southern chef who specializes in French cuisine with a modern-day twist.

Camp fees are $199 for one week, $350 if purchasing both weeks, with all sessions held at Christ Church, located at 561 Springfield Avenue.
