SUMMIT, NJ - Allie Dobyns, a singer-songwriter with a passion for folk and Americana-style music, will perform at Batavia  Café's "Friday Dinner & Live Music" September 19 from 7:30-9:30 p.m.

Batavia Café presents the "Friday Dinner & Live Music" events twice each month, where diners can enjoy a three-course meal and live entertainment.

Dobyns' raw voice and storytelling writing style create a deep and distinctive emotional musical experience.  She regularly performs at venues throughout the New York City and New Jersey areas, both as a solo artist and with her band "We Are Stations."

"We Are Stations" released its two singles, Found My Way and Keep Your Head Up, earlier this year.  She is currently also recording her own solo album, set to be released soon.

Dobyns' performance will consist of her own original songs, as well as covers from current musicians.  Dinner will consist of a three-course, prix fixe menu, which includes appetizer, entrée, dessert, coffee and tea for $32/person.  BYOB is welcome.

Featured entrees will be:

Baked Salmon with Honey Mustard & Pecan Crust
Batavia Burgers
Lemon Chicken Piccata
Mediterranean Quinoa
