What Makes a Good Leader, February 7th

On Monday, February 7, 2011, Summit Business and Professional Women invite the public to an interactive session entitled “What Makes a Good Leader” led by Jacquie Jacovino.  Highlights will feature the results focused approach to creating great leaders developed by renowned leadership strategist Rebecca Shambaugh, author of two books titled, “It’s Not a Glass Ceiling, It’s a Sticky Floor” and “Leadership Secrets of Hillary Clinton.”
Speaker Jacquie Jacovino’s background includes working as a journalist at the United Nations; in the press office of U.S. Congresswoman Millicent Fenwick; and legislative aide in the office of New Jersey Senate President/Governor Donald DiFrancesco.  She currently works in medical publishing.  She holds a Master’s Degree from Syracuse University Newhouse School of Journalism/ Communications.
Networking begins at 6:30 PM at Debary Inn, 265 Springfield Ave, Summit, followed by a light dinner and the program from 7 – 9 pm.  Cost is $35 to the public.  Advance reservations are required by Thursday, February 3rd online at or via email to
