Tax Reform a Positive for Summit

The recently enacted Tax Reform, the  biggest since 1986, will have a positive effect on Summit’s economy. Tax cuts stimulate economic activity as taxpayers have more to spend, and at this point there is no corresponding cut in government expenditures.
