• 9/21 - Denzel J. Norris, 22, of Summit was arrested on a contempt of court warrant out of Springfield. Mr. Norris was processed and released with a pending court date.
  • 9/21 - Matthew A. Fonseca, 21, of Summit was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession/use of CDS. Mr. Fonseca was processed and released with a pending court date.

  • 9/22 - Johnathan J. Rodriguez, 37, of Hackensack was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana. Mr. Rodriguez was processed and released with a pending court date.

  • 9/25 - At 1726 hours a repot was taken for a theft of credit cards from a secured locker at a business on Maple Street. The victim reported the incident occurred between 1420 hours and 1510 hours on this date. The victim secured a wallet inside of a locker which appeared to have been damaged upon return to it. The victim received text message alerts from two separate credit card companies advising a total of $8,314.62 had been charged at an Apple store.

  • 9/27 - Angelo L. Solano, 21, of Union was arrested on a contempt of court warrant out of Seaside Park Boro. Mr. Solano was processed and released with a pending court date.

  • 9/27 - Markus A. Hand, 23, of Berkeley Heights, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana. Mr. Hand was processed and released with a pending court date.

  • 9/27 - At 1256 hours a report was taken for a theft of folding chairs from the intersection of Whittredge Road/Prospect Hill Avenue. The victim reported the incident occurred between 2130 hours on 9/23 and 1100 hours on 9/24. Taken were approximately 25 white folding chairs, valued at $12.00 each. Total value of the stolen items was approximately $300.00.

  • 9/28 - Jordan O. Keats, 28, of Newark was arrested for disorderly conduct and subsequently discovered to have additional contempt of court warrants out of Seaside Heights and North Plainfield. After Mr. Keats was processed, North Plainfield Police Department responded where custody was transferred to their officers.

  • 9/28 - Claudina Jarquin, 32, of Jersey City was arrested on a contempt of court warrant out of Jersey City. Ms. Jarquin was processed and released with a pending court date.

  • 9/28 - At 1213 hours a report was taken for a theft from two motor vehicles that had been parked in an Arden Place driveway. The victim reported the incident occurred between 1400 hours on 9/27 and 1200 hours on 9/28. The vehicles, which had been left unsecured, were rummaged through where the suspect(s) took approximately $40.00-$60.00 in rolled quarters and a MacBook Air laptop. Total value of the stolen items was approximately $1300.00-$1360.00.

  • 9/29 - Evens Jean, 20, of Vauxhall was arrested on a contempt of court warrant out of Union Township. Mr. Jean was processed and subsequently transported to Union Township Police Department where custody was transferred to their officers.

  • 10/01 - At 2153 hours a report was taken for a burglary to an apartment on Euclid Avenue. The victim reported the incident occurred sometime on this date between 0730 hours and 2000 hours. The victim reported that the door to the apartment had been damaged and forced open where the suspect(s) gained entry. It was determined at the time of the report, three (3) watches had been stolen, one (1) silver faced, black leather banded IWC watch valued at approximately $4000.00, one (1) silver faced, silver banded Cartier Tank watch valued at approximately $4000.00, and one (1) black faced, black banded Bvlgari Sports watch valued at approximately $4000.00. Total value of the stolen items at the time of the report was approximately $12,000.00.

  • 10/03 - Zhaire Mary, 19, of Elizabeth was arrested and charged with theft of credit cards. Mr. Mary was processed and custody subsequently turned over to Roseland Police Department.

  • 10/03 - Amir Laury, 19, of Elizabeth was arrested and charged with theft of credit cards, hindering apprehension and burglary. Mr. Laury was processed and custody subsequently turned over to Roseland Police Department.

  • 10/03 - Shawn D. Hurd, 19, of Elizabeth was arrested and charged with theft of credit cards and two contempt of court warrants from Newark. Mr. Hurd was processed and custody subsequently turned over to Roseland Police Department.

  • 10/03 - Angel T. Melendez, 21, of Elizabeth was arrested and charged with theft of credit cards. Mr. Melendez was processed and custody subsequently turned over to Roseland Police Department.
