Jumpstart your metabolism! Burn extra calories with a Personal Trainer led class using 5 cardio station in the Fitness Center.  Also held on Tuesdays and Saturdays at 10am.

Cardio Boot Camp Circuit is free for Total Facility Members of The Connection. Baby-sitting is free and available for Total Facility Members. Drop in daily passes are available for $20 and includes use of the Fitness Center, pool and all adult fitness classes.
