Functional Interval Training

F.I.T. (Functional Interval Training) is a full body, practical, multi-place cardio, strength, core and endurance training class with a variety of equipment. Improve coordination, balance/stability and stamina. Exercises can be modified for multi-levels.

F.I.T. is free for Total Facility Members of The Connection. Baby-sitting is free and available for Total Facility Members. Drop in daily passes are available for $20 and includes use of the Fitness Center, pool and all adult fitness classes.
