Sound Bath Saturdays

Begin by surrendering to the sounds of Kathy's Tibetan singing bowls. This stress free Saturday experience will include breath work, drum beats, sound healing and then enjoy an optional Singing Bowl massage with Kathy. This is a personal sound vibration experience as she places them on your body to release tension throughout your body. You can also opt for a personal listening experience without the bowls on your body. She will adapt to your preference. Pre-registration required as we limit the number in the class to allow for a more personalized experience.
