A former NBC Final 4 BIGGEST LOSER contestant who has successfully for the past 8+ years turned the table on the thought that we 1st have to"LOSE FAT" to be "FIT" which was what he learned and lived on BIGGEST LOSER losing -181 lbs.

Now it's true that you can get fitter that "WAY + WEIGH", but for most people it's not sustainable as studies show that 95% of the people that have repeatedly lived a "WEIGHT LOSS" mindset, eventually more often than not gain it all back, and often times gain back much, much, more.

But Jay through his lifestyle-based "MENTAL MESSAGING" combined with his scientifically-based InBody USA BODY COMPOSITION consults, navigates people to see first-hand that what really makes long-lasting WELL "BEING" change is shifting from a "LOSING" mindset to a "GAINING" mindset.

All of his work is grounded 1st in people "GAINING" more POWER with their MIND... their MOVEMENT... their MUSCLES... and their METABOLISM.

And when they do that, they will lose unwanted body fat, but most important, when they do it through a "GAINING" mindset they no longer go back to where they started, or even beyond that point which is always  very discouraging...

A "GAINING" mindset is very positive, it's very powerful... it's all about what YOU'RE FOR!

A "LOSING" mindset is very negative, it's very disempowering... it's all about what YOU'RE AGAINST!

Taxes in the Time of Coronavirus

Amidst a pandemic, it’s hard to think of tax relief as much of a positive.  However, Congress and the IRS have given taxpayers a little less to worry about.  Like everything else, the situation is in flux. Here are current highlights:

Most 2019 non-corporate income tax returns, along with any balance due, are delayed until July 15.

It Feels Like September 11 Out There

It feels like September 11 out there.

Yesterday, I ventured out to ShopRite. Everyone was smiling at everyone else. Those looks said, “We are all in this together.”

I remember those looks. They followed those horrible weeks after the Towers came down.

Now, at home, we check on our senior citizen neighbors.

In the grocery store, we are mindful of items that have ...
