Yoga for Good Mental Health Workshop

Take charge of your own health and well-being!
This workshop will offer simple and supportive practices to help people who are struggling with stress and anxiety. Participants will develop a “toolbox” of techniques to quiet emotions, relax the body, and steady the mind. The focus will be on the emotional body as well as the physical and will include energy practices and journaling. Journals will be provided.

This workshop will be led by Risa Greiss. Risa has been a certified Yoga instructor since 2009. More recently, she completed a 500-hour advanced teacher training program in Yoga Therapeutics for injury, illness and mental health issues. She accredits yoga as the reason she has been able to navigate through life’s ups and downs.
