SUMMIT, NJ - It's in their nature.
Every day, the dedicated and selfless healthcare workers Overlook Medical Center staff the front lines in the battle to combat COVID-19, putting their mental and physical well-being at risk to help others get and stay safe and healthy. Shifts are long, arduous and emotionally and physically taxing.
The Staff and Trustees at Reeves-Reed Arboretum is honoring their heroic work by offering free Family Memberships to all healthcare workers at Summit's Overlook Medical Center.
Arboretum Executive Director Frank Juliano is inviting Overlook's staff to, “Whenever possible, come by for a walk in nature – clear your head, sit amidst the beauty of our gardens. Let nature be a remedy for your fatigue and burnout. It’s just our small way of saying thank you for the extraordinary sacrifices you and your families are making, on our behalf, during this crisis.”
To join in the Arboretum’s support of these local heroes, visit reeves-reedarboretum.org and make a gift to help underwrite a Family Membership. Each $100 donation buys a full year Family Membership to the Arboretum in honor of the healthcare workers at Overlook Medical Center.
