SUMMIT, NJ - The Summit Housing Authority (SHA), which owns and manages 195 low-rent family, elderly, and handicapped housing units, is now accepting applications for the Affordable Housing Lottery. All applications are due no later than June 3 at 4 p.m. (EDT).
Applications must be received by the June 3 deadline to the Housing Authority office at City Hall, located at 512 Springfield Avenue. All eligible applicants will be placed on the waiting list for any future vacancies of rentals or for sale units. The waiting list lottery will be conducted on Friday, June 7, at 10 a.m.
The Summit Housing Authority is the City of Summit's designated local redevelopment agency and also administers the City's Community Development Block Grants Program.
