ELIZABETH, NJ - The City of Summit Transfer Station -- along with 15 other locations in Union County -- offer automotive do-it-yourselfers the opportunity to recycle used motor free-of-charge through Union County’s Bureau of Recycling.

Union County’s motor oil recycling program began in 1999, and the County is currently replacing older recycling igloos with new models.
