SUMMIT, NJ - In honor of March being designated as 'Women's History Month', the League of Women Voters of Berkeley Heights, New Providence & Summit will present Ruth Ann Koenick, the former Director of the Office for Violence Prevention and Victim Assistance at Rutgers University, who will speak about '#Me Too, Violence Against Women, History and Hope'.

The free and open-to-the-public program will be held on Monday, March 11, beginning at 7:30 p.m. at the DeCorso Community Center in New Providence. A question-and-answer session will follow the presentation.

A graduate of The University of Maryland and George Washington University, Koenick worked in the field of violence against women for 45 years. She is an author, speaker and mentor.
