SUMMIT, NJ - It was a ghostly gathering -- a veritable cavalcade of cartoon characters, spectacle of superheroes and array of alter-egos. It is the annual Summit Police Athletic League (PAL) Halloween Parade and, after the costumed centipede made its way to the Village Green, a slew of folks -- young and a bit older -- were honored for their creative outfits.
