SUMMIT, NJ - The song begins, "Oh, the weather outside is frightful...," but that holiday season is still more than a month away. Mother Nature, however, must've misplaced her calendar, as not-so-conducive Trick-or-Treating conditions are forecast for Halloween.

Costumed kids from the Hilltop City need not be deterred, however, as the City of Summit Department of Community Programs is hosting 'Indoor Trick-or-Treating' at the Summit Community Center on October 31, from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.

This event is open to all Summit residents. Children should arrive in costume and must be accompanied by an adult.
