SUMMIT, NJ - Limited tickets remain for the Summit Performing Arts Resource Committee's (SPARC) second 'Murder Mystery' fundraiser on Friday, January 25, at The Columbian Club in Summit. Featuring a masquerade theme and taking place at the fictional 'Annual Millionaire's Club Masquerade Ball', the event is a live-action theatre party run by New York City-based The Murder Mystery Company.
Select party guests are chosen as suspects, and all other guests work together to unravel clues and solve the crime. This year’s event is a masquerade theme with evening wear suggested and masks required. Guests can bring their own mask or use one provided at the venue.
The Summit Performing Arts Resource Committee (SPARC) is the nonprofit that financially supports performing arts programs across all the public schools in Summit, and all funds raised at the 'Murder Mystery' will help SPARC help fund initiatives such as high school, middle school and elementary school plays and musicals, STEP team, speech and debate competitions and TEDx.
Tickets, priced at $100 each, include admission, appetizers, desserts and a cash bar. Cocktail hour and 'suspect selection' begins at 8 p.m. with the show starting at 9 p.m. To purchase tickets, visit biddingforgood.com.
