Raised in Livingston, Cebula attended the Morristown-Beard School and graduated from Babson College in 1980 with a degree in Business Administration. She went on to spend over ten years in the pharmaceutical industry and was Director of Marketing for an international Pharmaceutical and Consumer Products manufacturer.  

She lived in Millburn-Short Hills for 30 years, with all three of her children graduating from Millburn High School. Cebula has volunteered for both the Saint Rose of Lima School and Women’s Auxiliary, and currently resides in Bernardsville.
