ELIZABETH, NJ - Summit residents seeking reliable information about Union County services for adults age 60 and older can can visit the Summit Free Public Library on May 20, from 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., to speak in person with experienced staff from the Union County Aging and Disability Resource Connection, a division of the Department of Human Services.

The community visit -- scheduled each month through Union County’s Aging Services Kiosk (ASK) program -- will also make stops at public libraries in Elizabeth, Clark, Cranford, Garwood, Mountainside, Summit and Union, as well as the Rahway Senior Center, in May.

The Summit Free Public Library is located at 75 Maple Street.

Guidance offered through the ASK program includes home delivered meals, respite care, home care, adult day care, and support services for caregivers. Assistance with completing applications and forms is also provided.
