Finishing essentially six goals short of a perfect season, the icemen from the 07901 went 24-2-2, a campaign that culminated in a landmark moment for the Kent Place Boulevard campus when the Maroon and White took to the Prudential Center ice and claimed perhaps the biggest win in River Road Road Rivalry history -- a 3-0 shutout win in the Public C Championship game.

The Hilltoppers dominated the opposition this season, outscoring their foes 110-27, an average 3.93 -  .96 goals per game.

Depth was Summit's advantage all season long, evidenced in no greater way than the Hilltoppers' goaltending, which featured not one, but two stand-out netminders -- in senior Wilson Lees and sophomore Nikita Pryymak -- who combined for 10 shutouts.

Three-hundred plus game-winning Head Coach Keith Nixon generally rolled four talented lines, and a youngish defensive corps -- led by senior captain Johnny Puskar and junior alternate captain Greg Moller -- exceeded all expectations.
